About DSD

Hi there, my name is Adam. I am a huge, huge BYU fan. I go to every game, watch every highlight, read every article and talk about BYU constantly.

Fortunately I’ve been able to surround myself with equally obsessed friends (and a wife who not only understands, but embraces this passion). My friends and I have a bond: I know no matter where we are in the world we rejoice together when BYU puts it over the goal line, and our hearts brake together when Riley Nelson fumbles or throws a pick six.

We love talking BYU sports. We break down games and discuss the news over every conceivable medium: phone, text, email, fax, pony express, hologram, etc. The conversations are great, but I always thought it would be cool if we could record the banter for other BYU fans. Who knows? Maybe they might like what we have to say.

So Jeris and I decided to give podcasting a try. We’re not experts, and we don’t have any credentials, but we’ve got a pretty good handle on what’s going on in the world of BYU sports. Plus I own a MacBook. So that sealed the deal.

Pretty soon Trevor wanted in on the action, and finally on Tuesday October 18 we put our podcast where our mouths are and recorded our first episode. Now our heads are literally exploding and oozing vital juices at the thought of recording future episodes (you heard me: literally).

We hope you enjoy the show. Not only that, but we hope you listen to us and think to yourself “Man, I wanna hang out with those guys.” If you aren’t thinking that to yourself, let us know. Because we’ll change our personalities at the slightest urging.
